I am going to make this pillow someday. It is on my list of super cute things to make. I love it with the Halloween fabrics, but I might just make one for every holiday! Haha!
It really doesn't look too hard, just take a strip, gather and sew on!

Add a bunch of those, ric-rac around the edges and you got the cutest pillow ever!
